Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be done 24 hours prior to appointment to avoid a charge • Cancellations done less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 30% of the service and deposit will be forfeited • No Call/No Shows will also be charged 30% of the service • After 2 no call/no shows or if the card on file declines you will be banned from booking • I DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY SERVICE! IF SOMETHING IS TO HAPPEN YOU HAVE 48 HOURS TO NOTIFY MY AND I WILL GLADLY DO A FIX OR REMOVAL FREE OF CHARGE! •
Late Policy • If you are 10+ minutes late to your appointment you’ll be charged a $20 late fee • After 20 minutes your appointment will be cancelled, you’ll also be charged 30% of the service and a new deposit will be required to rebook
